United Royal Coach's Reservation Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It only takes "one" phone call to arrange ground transportation to any destination "World Wide". Reservations can be made by telephone, facsimile, through airline mainframe systems, or the internet. We can send trip confirmations facsimile or email anywhere within seconds.

Contact between dispatchers and chauffeurs is maintained through alpha-numeric pagers and direct connect Nextel digital radio telephones. Our customized computer software tracks and stores all reservation and dispatch information, automatically attaches detailed customer profiles and preferences, including requests for certain chauffeurs, and special instructions for meeting at hotels and airports. The system allows us to access and archive extensive billing records, incident reports, maintenance schedules, and custom service information.


Our teletrac system tracks the location of our vehicles within our system's coverage area at all times. Also our "flight view" linked through satellite to the FAA provides our dispatch professionals with up to the moment locations of all commercial and private aircraft in U.S. Airspace. Our mapping program provides dispatchers with up to date detailed routes able to pinpoint street addresses and landmarks.

United Royal Coach also guarantees vehicle availability during sold out events (with an agreement to minimum hours and rates, advanced reservations, and cancellation policies). And in the unlikely event that as assigned car must be taken out of service, a replacement car can be made available in minutes.
